What you'll do as an Entry-Level Coordinator:
Schedule pick-up, or delivery appointments with warehouses via phone, email, or online scheduling
Receive inbound and make outbound calls to drivers to get their location
Communicate any scheduling issues that arise to the correct parties
Follow a step-by-step escalation process regarding issues
What you need to become an Entry-Level Coordinator:
Proven ability to multi-task (servers, bartenders, and bank tellers are a few people who are successful examples)
Great customer service attributes, good personality
Attention to detail is a must, and proper data entry is key
Strives in a fast-paced environment and remains calm under stress
