Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and process to completion all forms and documents for new client account opening. This includes gathering the correct forms needed, filling in the forms, sending to the client for review and signature, submitting to supervisor for approval, processing with appropriate custodians/departments, and adhering to various regulatory requirements/document retention policies.
Process, track, monitor, and ensure completion of all asset/money movement requests (account transfers, distributions, etc)
Adhere to strict compliance procedures and regulations while performing processes
Contribute to a best-in-class experience by communicating with clients often via phone, email, and in person
Follow up with clients/custodians/partners/vendors on all tasks and forms that have been mailed or emailed
Greeting/engaging with clients in conjunction with meetings and via telephone/E-mail
Perform clerical tasks which entail scheduling appointments, answering phones, providing information to clients, and composing and typing routine correspondence
Accurately manage and maintain client files in electronic file system
CRM Data Input/Note Taking
Portfolio Accounting and reporting tasks

Basic Qualifications
Associates/Bachelors degree and/or 1 or more years of financial industry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Detail oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Advanced administrative, secretarial and clerical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Excellent verbal and written communication and grammatical skills

This is a part-time position only. Please DO NOT apply if you are seeking full-time or expecting it to turn into full-time. We are looking for someone who is seeking a permanent part-time position. This is an in office position, not a remote position.

Pay range is $20 - $28 per hour depending on experience
