Delta Molding LLC is a specialty silicone manufacturer with innovative products for the medical AND fashion industries. The company has operated since 2013 and in currently in an exciting growth phase. Our brands include:
Skinister Medical (SkinisterMedical.com): Medical adhesives and prosthetics.
DressTech (Procrossdresser.com): Gender-affirming products for the drag and transgender communities.
Responsibilities:
BOOKEEPING: Enter day-to-day expenses into QuickBooks, administer payroll, pay bills on time, and generate financial reports.
PURCHASING: Use our inventory management system to identify low stock, generate purchase orders, track shipments, and maintain target inventory levels.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Answer customer phone calls and emails in a professional and helpful manner. Resolve order management issues, process refunds, etc.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: As a small company, this position will require you to be a jack-of-all-trades. For example, you may help source new products, publish newsletters, research regulatory requirements, screen new hires, schedule maintenance, and more.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years relevant experience (bookkeeping, customer service, management, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Experienced with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Good judgement and problem-solving skills.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day; 20 hours per week.
Note: This job requires you to work collaboratively at our office in Woodland, CA. We are not considering remote work for this position.
