Responsibilities:
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
Staff front desk/reception responsibilities
Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency
Create and update databases and records for relevant data
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as needed
Support production schedules, shipment coordination and other responsibilities
Other tasks as needed
Skills and qualifications:
At least one year of relevant experience
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
Familiarity with common procedures used in the office
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm
