Global software company in Boston is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to their team. Ideal candidates will have Workday experience, exposure to system integrations, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and HR leadership plus external vendors
Be the first line of technical support for internal HR system questions
Develop HR business reporting dashboards for the leadership team
Manage system implementations and streamlining processes related to the HRIS system
Track processes into user guides to be utilized for future training purposes
Reports to the Director of HRIS, part of a high-performing team
Qualifications:
2+ years of HRIS experience is required
Experience working in various Workday modules
Bachelor's degree
Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
Ability to come into the Boston office 3 days/week
