Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including receiving purchase orders, tracking shipments from Asia, and resolving any issues, while utilizing ERP systems for seamless operations.
Communicate daily with a customer base of approximately 30, ensuring timely updates and support for all supply chain inquiries.
Collaborate with international teams to manage lead times, customs requirements, and product cash flow, ensuring shipments are on time and meet business needs.
Assist with warehouse coordination for timely shipment loading and occasional support for accounts payable by processing invoices.
