ABOUT THE POSITION

The Breakthrough Results Program helps district partners to achieve and sustain new levels of performance in their schools by focusing on an iterative cycle of change allowing districts to see results in just 10 weeks. Breakthrough Results (BTR) empowers teachers, school leaders and district staff to create measurable performance goals tied to key organizational priorities like literacy, math, graduation rates, attendance, etc. This rapid cycle of learning-through-doing, coupled with the empowerment provided by district-level senior leadership, allows school district participants in a Breakthrough Results Program to cut through red tape to get results fast.

The Project Coordinator position offers an opportunity to play a critical role fulfilling our firm's mission to improve public education. The Project Coordinator will have a wide, evolving range of responsibilities, with opportunities to liaise with a number of internal teams. This role will be focused on supporting the execution of key operational activities related to driving program results. You will work directly with the Breakthrough Results operations team to execute the work that is critical to our clients' success. The ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and adapting to changing priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You deeply understand that everything you do impacts DMGroup's ability to do well and to do good by our clients.
  • You are an independent self-starter and a dedicated team member. You are comfortable working independently, and understand your role and priorities in the context of the organization's quarterly goals and overall mission. • You are comfortable with ambiguity, including being flexible and adaptable. You are excited by a role where no two days are exactly the same. You are comfortable creating structure where there is none, and you are adaptable when priorities change and shift your work.
  • You have a passion for service. You have an infectious sense of possibility for what is possible in Public Education. You gain genuine pleasure from providing a level of service far beyond what is required, and who care deeply about improving our nations' schools on behalf of students and families.
