Title: Project Specialist I
Department: Biopharma Services
Location: South Plainfield, NJ
Responsibilities: • Coordinate projects to completion from procurement to invoicing. • Perform basic data quality control and delivery to customers. • Closely troubleshoot with customers on unexpected issues that may occur. • Restructure resources and improve functions of current operations. • Offer relevant scientific information for project design, and act as direct consultant for customers in making informed decisions during project progress. • Collaborate within the group as well as cross departmental. • Comply with all CLIA/CAP regulations. • Any ad hoc tasks or assignments as needed.
Qualifications: • M.S. in Biological Sciences with 1-2+ years of relevant experience or B.S in Biological Sciences with 2-4+ years of relevant experience required. • Highly proficient in Molecular Biology principles • Experience with Next Generation Sequencing platforms and project management tools • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
