Salary: $100,000.00 USD Annually - $110,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Judge Group has partnered with a global, publicly traded manufacturer to identify an EHS Engineer to join their growing team in Bloomfield, New Mexico. This role is highly-visible, as it will be the site's subject-matter-expert in all aspects of safety & environmental programs. This position reports directly to Corporate EHS, will have the benefit of interacting/collaborating with other EHS Leaders in the organization, while ensuring that site EHS is best-in-class. Duties & responsibilities:

• Oversees safety and environmental compliance for the Bloomfield facility including day to day operations, incoming spent carbons, air permit, wastewater discharge and stormwater requirements
• Assists with EHS duties at other facilities as assigned by Manager
• Participates in daily plant meetings, Inspects the plant daily, provides safety and environmental training to employees
• Prepares all annual and periodic environmental reports for the assigned facilities including but not limited to all SARA reporting, DMR, annual air permit certifications, deviation reports and others as required
• Prepares permit renewal applications and modifications for air water and waste permits
• Develops and or implements environmental programs for the Bloomfield facility
• Other EH&S projects to Support the Bloomfield facility or other Calgon Carbon location as assigned by the Director of EH&S

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (A degree in environmental sciences, engineering, chemistry, or other technical discipline/work experience is preferred)
• 
  3-5 years of EH&S Management experience is required
