Project Manager Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, finances, and resource allocation for both time & material and fixed-price projects.
Coordinate and prioritize project tasks to ensure timely delivery and adherence to milestones.
Oversee projects involving offshore teams, effectively managing varying time zones and cultural differences.
Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among business stakeholders, offshore teams, and project sponsors.
Manage stakeholder expectations, aligning business objectives with project outcomes.
Serve as a liaison between business users, offshore teams, and technical teams to ensure clear interpretation and understanding of requirements.
Gather, assess, document, and confirm business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes to identify areas for enhancement and streamlining.
Translate business needs into precise and actionable technical directives.
Collaborate closely with technical teams to develop solutions that meet business needs and strategic goals.
Evaluate alternative solutions and provide recommendations based on cost, feasibility, and business impact.
Project Manager Qualifications:
MUST HAVE 2 - 3 years of TIMESHARE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE!
2 - 3 years of experience working on projects as a Project Manager in the Timeshare industry.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Proficiency in project management methodologies (agile, waterfall) and PM tools (ADO, Jira, Microsoft Project).
Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams for wireframing, estimates, and budgeting.
Certification in BA (CBAP) or Project Management (PMP) is a plus but not required.
Will require reloation to Myrtle Beach, SC in 6 months to a year.
