Located in Broomfield, Colorado, they offer excellent training, benefits, and room for advancement. They are seeking a stellar Administrative Assistant to join their rapidly growing firm!
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support staff with clerical duties, including answering phones, incoming mail process, scanning, making copies, organizing files, and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
REWARDS
8am-5pm, M-F schedule
$19/hr on a temporary to permanent basis
Working with highly experienced lawyers
REQUIREMENTS
Administrative experience required
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
Good organizational skills
Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred
RESPONSIBILITES
Support staff with clerical duties
Answer incoming calls and emails
Input information into database
