Key Responsibilities:
Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and vendor relations to keep the process moving smoothly.
Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and transaction documents.
Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors, ensuring all parties are informed throughout the transaction.
Manage Probate Transactions: Handle the administrative aspects of real estate transactions involving probate, ensuring all legal and procedural requirements are met while coordinating with attorneys, executors, and other stakeholders.
Assist with day-to-day office administration, contributing to a professional and efficient work environment.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and procedures, requiring a real estate license in North Carolina.
