YER USA is proud to partner with a leading global manufacturer of vision inspection systems, originally founded in Germany in 1993. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support its executive team.
Job description: The ideal candidate for this role will be an effective communicator with strong attention to detail, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient operations by supporting various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize and coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and follow-up.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Assist with project management tasks as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by executives.
Candidate profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Bilingual in German and English is a plus.
