What You'll Do:
As the Maintenance Data Specialist, you will:
Optimize CMMS Processes: Continuously improve CMMS data integrity and business processes.
Document Systems: Develop and maintain process documentation to support CMMS operations.
Data Reporting & Insights: Support the development of Business Intelligence (BI) reports and provide insights through data analysis and trending.
Lead Projects: Take charge of system enhancement projects, improving data quality and consistency.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with key teams to ensure the successful implementation of system improvements.
Train & Guide: Supervise and train team members involved in CMMS projects.
Make an Impact: Identify areas for system enhancement and push for proactive improvements.
What You'll Bring:
Education: Bachelor's degree or technical trade degree required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a CMMS role (Fiix experience preferred).
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand maintenance systems and processes at a deep level. Knowledge of project lifecycles and system design is a must.
Technology Proficiency: Experience with CMMS or ERP systems and relevant tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Project, Power BI, and SQL.
Communication: Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-Starter Attitude: You're a motivated, autonomous worker with a positive, team-player mentality.
Customer Focus: You understand the importance of delivering high-quality work that meets client needs.
