About the Role
Development and execution of strategic marketing plans, brand management, special events, promotions, player's club, advertising, customer relationship marketing, direct/on-line/email marketing, social media, digital marketing, and sponsorships.
Responsibilities
Create and implement measurable marketing strategies that increase awareness of the brand
Brand consistency across all marketing channels
Responsible for marketing plans, guest incentives, and budgets
Develop promotions and special events in alignment with company strategies
Maintain allocation of the marketing budget and player reinvestment to ensure maximum return on investment
Approve and evaluate comp policies, campaigns, programs, entertainment activities, and all other marketing expenditures to ensure program effectiveness and implement improvements based upon performance
Serve as key property liaison actively engaged with all marketing-related activities.
Requirements
3-5 years of marketing management experience preferred; preferably in the hospitality
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Database/analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or database software programs
Best practices in the areas of brand development, advertising, relationship marketing, and business analytics
Must possess or eligible for a valid Nevada Gaming License
