The Digital Shelf Performance Manager will be responsible to define and monitor the KPIs that are critical to have a high performing digital shelf in the eCommerce landscape. The role will develop strategies in collaboration with the Director to identify and grow share of the digital shelf to support the over delivery of our sales plans.
Key high-level deliverables will include:
Understand the digital shelf insights and drive decisions of the commercial team to execute against sales growth targets
Responsible for defining and executing product activation strategies for new product launches to drive digital shelf ranking
Responsible to define, set strategies and educate the sales team on the critical KPIs to have a winning digital shelf
Monitor KPIs and brings insights and concerns to the team to drive solutions and minimize risk of ranking decline
Serve as a product owner for the technology platforms utilized to support the digital shelf and data collection.
Manage product review programs and set strategies to scale programs
Work cross-functionally with various teams to resolve voice of the consumer issues

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or similar required
5-to-8-years experience in eCommerce
Strong understanding of digital merchandising and go-to-market excellence
Experience in data analysis and creating business recommendations based on data
Ability to drive for results and motivate a team
