Core Functions
The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Facilitate the flow of day-to-day scheduled and adhoc analytical needs for the organization across multiple teams.
This role focuses primarily on Customer and Market focused insights.
Managed functional areas include: Categorical/Department Insights, Customer Insights, and Strategic/Corporate Initiatives.
Show a key passion for data and willingness to research tough open-ended questions. Be persuasive with collected insights.
Will need to persuade and/or present to management, storeowners, external contacts.
Utilize a range of data systems to prepare complex, accurate insights into Grocery industry data. If needed report/system is not available, be able to find a solution.
Develop and motivate a diverse team of skilled analysts.
Work with and lead team members within cross divisional/functional teams to address core issues.
Contribute deeply to the corporate knowledge base.
Develop and validate system enhancements and reports to increase value and relevancy of our customer insight tools.
Succeed while managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Four Year bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
Six+ years business experience in an office environment in an analytical capacity
Previous managerial/mentorship experience with small/medium teams
