As a Customer Experience Representative, you are responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will be a part of an elite team of professionals who are dedicated to ensuring the customer's experience is positive and memorable.
What you'll do as the Customer Experience Representative:
Provide timely customer service responses
Follow customer support guidelines as established by the customer experience supervisor
Answer customer inquiries, and diagnoses and resolve customer issues
Fulfill customer service requests via phone, email, email, chat, or in person
Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships and excellent customer service
Handle customer complaints
Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
Maintain a sound understanding and adherence to the 509 quality policies
Work closely with other departments including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are being met and products are being developed in a customer-centric manner
What you'll bring to the Customer Experience Representative role:
High School diploma or GED
1+ years of customer service or related experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including active listening
Proven initiative and creative approaches to problem-solving
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
Experienced with MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
