What will your role be?

The SAP Technical Support role involves maintaining and supporting SAP applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality. This includes monitoring system logs, managing upgrades, and performing routine maintenance tasks to keep the SAP environment running smoothly. Additionally, you will handle Master Data Updates, User Creation, Printer Management, troubleshoot for SAP modules SD, MM, QM, WMS, autostore integration with SAP, and provide end-user support Pitney Bowes shipping application.

Activities:
  • Create and update Material and Customer Master data.
  • Mass creation of bins and field updates (planning, tax codes, KYC data).
  • Onboarding and offboarding, role assignments, and workflow management.
  • Transaction assignment requests, user cleanup, and audit reporting.
  • Setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and form changes within SAP.
  • L1/L2 support for modules (SD, MM, QM, WMS, Autostore).
  • Ticket creation, follow-ups, and escalations as needed.
  • Batch job monitoring and manual processing.
  • Interface troubleshooting (SPEC 2000, Autostore, XML) and idoc corrections.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on ticket volumes, SLAs, and escalations.
  • Support audit requirements and user review/cleanup.
  • Monitor Hubcap server and desktop applications.
  • Handle SAP system idocs and technical issues with PB helpdesk.
  • Provide support during off-hours, weekends, and US holidays.
  • Assist during scheduled outages with tracking, reporting, and business notifications.

What skills and qualifications are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Desirable experience in one of the following SAP modules: MM, SD, WMS, QM, PP
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Google Sheets (basic functions, pivot tables), Google Docs
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow
