GlobalSource IT has a Direct Client need for a Workday HCM Consultant for the Orlando area that is migrating its PeopleSoft HCM/Core HR platform to Workday HCM. This role would be for someone who can help join their team to review current Core HR processes and assist in the migration over to Workday Core HR. This includes Workday HR Configurations, conversion loads, and conversion mapping (profiles, structures, org structures, etc). Other responsibilities could include recommendations or training users on newer systems in Workday but focused on migration to configuration. This opportunity is set for an initial 6-8 months and will be a hybrid opportunity.
Must have over 8 years of ERP Configurations and at least 2 years of Workday HCM/Core HR experience
At least 1 project in Workday migrations for conversions, mapping, and new configuration
Any PeopleSoft to Workday migration projects is a big plus
Ability to work with various Business or Technical teams will be key
