We are seeking a professional to oversee digital transformation operations, ensuring optimal performance and security of sensitive data. This role involves managing custom client/server and web applications, including SQL database interaction for configuration and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support core web-based and client/server applications.
Troubleshoot application issues using SQL databases.
Provide technology support for software, hardware, and network issues.
Ensure physical and logical security of sensitive data.
Train users on new technologies.
Perform routine maintenance and inventory tracking for technology equipment.
Manage user access and document account changes.
Assist with technology projects and installations.
Collaborate with vendors for equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience with SQL databases and enterprise applications.
Strong skills in SQL database management and troubleshooting.
1 year of experience in customer-facing support roles.
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 preferred.
Knowledge of a variety of computer systems and networking.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
