One of Medix's Clients is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their Information Technology team. This role will support both on-site and remote employees, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage an IT support ticketing system. Additionally, the specialist will need to have weekend flexibility to provide IT support during major events. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of IT Operations, this individual will need strong technical skills, critical thinking, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for all employees, using a ticketing system to log requests
Follow IT service management practices, such as ITIL and ITSM.
Administer Microsoft Office 365 and Azure Active Directory.
Maintain hardware inventory and documentation, including troubleshooting guides.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and hardware.
Analyze incident trends to prevent future issues.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, including preventing unauthorized software installations.
Assist with conference room technology and A/V systems.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience.
Strong understanding of technology and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Experience supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, Apple, and mobile devices.
Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP troubleshooting.
Knowledge of information security best practices.
Passion for sports and familiarity with information systems
Compensation is based off years of experience and in relation to the job responsibilities listed, our range is between $80,000 - $90,000.
