Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Data Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving the accuracy, organization, and efficiency of our data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage and organize data in various systems and databases to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate the claims management process.
• Data entry, analysis, and reporting using Excel.
• Maintain organized and easily accessible file systems for efficient data retrieval.
• Oversee claims to be filed and processed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform regular data checks and audits to ensure ongoing accuracy.

Skills and Attributes:
• 3+ years of experience in an office environment, with a focus on data entry and data management.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level).
• Proven ability to computerize and organize information with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong time management, resourcefulness, and organizational skills to drive data processes forward.
• Ability to think critically and anticipate potential data issues, addressing them proactively.
• Strong administrative and clerical abilities, with a focus on maintaining efficiency and clarity in document organization.
• A hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a passion for improving processes and achieving results.
