Basic Qualifications: • Experience providing end-user IT support with a proven ability to setup and support hardware, peripheral devices, software, video conferencing, and operating systems. • Experience with incident and request management system like ServiceNow. • Experience supporting executives and VIPs. • A+ certification preferred.
