Technical Knowledge/Skills: • Troubleshooting Skills - • Oral/Written Communication Skills • Ticketing System experience (ServiceNow) • Windows 10/11 Experience
Experience with: • Tier 2 Desktop Support • Microsoft Active Directory • Experience with desktop imaging technologies (MDT, LTI, ZTI) • Microsoft Office/365, Microsoft Outlook, Teams • HP, Canon, and Toshiba printer support
Nice to haves: A+ Certification, Windows 10 Certification, Citrix knowledge, awareness of the security of financial institutions, SCCM entry-level knowledge
