Job Overview:
As a seasoned Product Manager with a focus on Salesforce applications, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps. Leveraging your deep understanding of Salesforce platform and Agile methodologies, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver successful Salesforce implementation projects. Your expertise in Scrum methodology and proficiency in tools like Jira Software will be instrumental in driving iterative development and effective project management. Responsibilities:
Utilize 4+ years of experience to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps for Salesforce applications.
Lead successful Salesforce implementation projects, demonstrating a proven track record of accomplishments.
Gather and analyze customer requirements to drive the development of tailored Salesforce solutions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
Customize, configure, and administer Salesforce instances to meet business needs effectively.
Apply strong understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile principles to guide development teams.
Lead and participate in Scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient project execution.
Drive iterative development within a Scrum framework to deliver incremental value to stakeholders.
Proficiently use Jira Software for project management and issue tracking, creating and managing boards, backlogs, and sprints.
Leverage advanced Jira features, such as custom workflows and automation rules, to streamline project workflows.
Facilitate communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams using Jira as a central tool.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, effectively conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct meetings and presentations to communicate project updates, status, and requirements.
Foster strong interpersonal relationships to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate leadership skills by motivating and guiding teams towards project success.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
