Job Description:
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the project management team, supporting the delivery of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. Based in Delray Beach, with weekly site visits. You will get the chance to work with a first-class GC and earn the opportunity to be promoted within. You will also be able to work with an excellent team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Manager with project planning, budgeting, and execution.
Conduct weekly site visits to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines.
Assist in managing communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure project documentation is updated and organized.
Monitor deadlines and ensure that all milestones are met on time and within budget.
Identify and resolve any potential risks or issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
