Position Summary:
Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for our clients' manufacturing processes, while troubleshooting and maintaining existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Control Strategies
Design and program control systems, including PLC and HMI integration, for customer processes. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate systems with equipment. Maintain documentation, including design specs, user manuals, and maintenance procedures.
Supervise Design Activities
Provide guidance to CAD staff and oversee drawing production schedules. Supervise projects and generate innovative ideas for development.
Programming
Develop and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. Conduct panel testing and FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing).
Site Start-up & Troubleshooting
Perform loop checks, assist with site start-up, and troubleshoot control systems to ensure peak performance.
