An international, AmLaw 100 law firm is looking for a 2nd to 7th year Tax Associate (J.D. years 2017 to 2022) for their high-net worth, private wealth management (estate planning) team. The team counsels high-net worth individuals, family offices and similar groups with regard to their income tax, estate and gift tax, succession, general tax and strategic business planning requirements.
In particular, Tax Associates with experience relating to income tax planning, partnership taxation and family-held business tax issues are preferred. International taxation, as well as trust (domestic and foreign) exposure is a plus. The successful candidate should be interested generally in private wealth management. New York and Florida Bar Admissions, and prestigious law school and law firm experience are preferred.
