The Office Manager acts as the administrative backbone, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and creating a warm, hospitable work atmosphere. A successful person in this role would be highly organized, an effective communicator, and proactive in achieving organizational effectiveness.
Core Responsibilities?
Create a welcoming environment and serve as the first point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and visitors.
Coordinate and manage equipment, facilities and supplies for the office and colleagues.
Lead administrative tasks and provide support for Managing Principals and other leaders as needed, including meeting coordination.
Coordinate and plan firm events and professional development activities.
Support new staff member onboarding and orientation.
Help with maintenance of professional licensure and employee records.
Assist with contract management as needed.

Preferred Qualifications?
3+ years of administrative experience.
Background in Marketing/Graphic Design/or related creative field is a plus.
Background in Bookkeeping/Accounting is a plus.
Experience working at an AEC Firm a plus.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Customer-service oriented.
Knowledge of Office 365 projects including Teams, Word, and Excel.
Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
Excellent communication and listening skills with internal/external audiences.
