What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or similar) is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven Expertise: 10+ years of experience in the US construction industry, with a strong focus on management or leadership roles.
Business Development Leadership: Demonstrated experience in driving business growth, sales, and client relations, particularly in the US construction market.
Operational Acumen: Extensive experience managing large, complex projects, with a proven track record of ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and quality.
Leadership Excellence: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams, while driving accountability and results.
Strategic Thinker: A visionary leader with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities, while aligning operational efforts with strategic business goals.
Industry Network: Extensive contacts and relationships within the US construction industry.
