Seeking a Plant Superintendent with 3-5 years of experience to lead and manage shift operations, ensuring factory performance and reliability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or 3-5 years of equivalent supervisory experience
Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to deliver results within a collective bargaining agreement
Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee production to meet factory process goals, cost efficiency, and environmental compliance
Plan and manage equipment repair tasks during shifts and inter-campaign periods for efficient operations
Ensure all products meet food safety and customer quality standards
Enforce compliance with regulatory and company safety policies for all employees, visitors, and contractors
