Spa Consultants are key to the success of ThrIVe Drip Spa. As a Spa Consultant, you will: handle client interactions, perform daily operations and support the staff. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills with a strong and positive work ethic.
Main Job Duties • Provide information and education to clients on Spa services • Provide a high-level service to clients • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and friendliness • Answer phones, set appointments, greet clients upon arrival • Create, manage client profiles, and ensure we have all proper documentation • Ensure product knowledge to help promote sales/memberships • Check emails, voicemails and reply to any messages as needed • Maintain ThrIVe Drip Spa aesthetic, culture, and appearance
Requirements • Must have excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude • Work well under pressure, enjoy new challenges, growth opportunities, and want to be part of an organization that builds and promotes its people • Develop the skills required to complete the sales process • Client service experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
