Overview: We are looking to hire a Change Management Specialist on a contract-to-hire basis for our premier banking client. These roles will support change initiatives across the bank, working closely with various teams. Key Responsibilities:
Change Management Execution: Collaborate with various teams across the bank to understand, manage, and facilitate change initiatives effectively.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders in both technology and business domains to ensure that change efforts align with the organization's objectives.
Agile Mindset: Apply an adoption-focused, agile approach to change management, identifying how proposed changes will impact customers and driving strategies to support seamless transitions.
Holistic Impact Assessment: Develop a comprehensive understanding of how changes affect various aspects of the bank, ensuring that customer experience remains a priority.

Qualifications:
Strong understanding of both technology and business processes.
Experience in change management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment (commercial banking experience is a plus but not required).
Demonstrated ability to adopt a holistic approach to change management and consider the broader impact on customers.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Project Management (PMP) certification is not required, though a solid understanding of project dynamics is beneficial.
