Job Description:
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Overall success and completion of the project
- Assurance that safety performance and standards are maintained at all times
- Must be able to work in harmony with the project team. Including superintendents,
assistants, subcontractors & vendors.
- Reports to Sr. PM and or VP. Important that all parties work with each other to complete the project on time
- Will direct manage projects simultaneously.
- Maintaining and updating the project schedules
- Maintain and control project budget.
- Must perform monthly cost projections. These will be reviewed with the Partners and CFO each month.
- Subcontract, Owner and Architect conflict resolution
- Insuring quality control and level of expectations for delivering the project(s) to the
client.
- Developing positive professional relationships with owners and subcontractors
- Travel to jobs as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5-10 years in multifamily construction.
- Previous experience as a 3rd party GC is very helpful
- Previous wood-frame experience (required)
- Completed large-scale multifamily projects, upwards of $15-20 million.
- Post and Podium, Pre-cast / Cast in Place Garage, wraps (requirement), garden style, etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in a construction related field preferred
