Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth line loss analysis to identify and eliminate waste.
  • Lead the development and implementation of centerline definitions and standards.
  • Analyze real-time data to prioritize loss elimination opportunities.
  • Investigate root causes of top stops and develop actionable improvement plans.
  • Actively participate in MDI meetings and drive the execution of countermeasures.
  • Provide comprehensive training and manage the implementation of Centerline and CIL Daily Management systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sporadic losses and improve overall performance.
  • Lead Universal Problem Solving initiatives to eliminate chronic losses.
  • Facilitate AM events, demonstrating expertise in CIL and Basic Problem Solving.
  • Achieve and maintain required certifications in Centerline Management and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Adhere to GMP, housekeeping guidelines, and QRMP operating procedures.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience; 5+ years in food manufacturing preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading continuous improvement projects.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
  • Experience with bakery technical systems (SAP, MII, Zeplin/Prisma) a plus.
