Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth line loss analysis to identify and eliminate waste.
- Lead the development and implementation of centerline definitions and standards.
- Analyze real-time data to prioritize loss elimination opportunities.
- Investigate root causes of top stops and develop actionable improvement plans.
- Actively participate in MDI meetings and drive the execution of countermeasures.
- Provide comprehensive training and manage the implementation of Centerline and CIL Daily Management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address sporadic losses and improve overall performance.
- Lead Universal Problem Solving initiatives to eliminate chronic losses.
- Facilitate AM events, demonstrating expertise in CIL and Basic Problem Solving.
- Achieve and maintain required certifications in Centerline Management and Lean Six Sigma.
- Adhere to GMP, housekeeping guidelines, and QRMP operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience; 5+ years in food manufacturing preferred.
- Proven track record in leading continuous improvement projects.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Experience with bakery technical systems (SAP, MII, Zeplin/Prisma) a plus.
