Responsibilities:
Provide strategic legal counsel on business formation, choice of entity, and governance.
Act as outside general counsel for clients across diverse industries, helping them navigate complex business and legal challenges.
Lead and advise on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
Assist clients with corporate governance, commercial contracts, and transaction negotiations.
Guide clients through private equity transactions, employee stock ownership plans, and succession planning.
Stay current with industry trends and legal developments to provide cutting-edge advice to their clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Extensive experience in corporate law, with a focus on corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
A proven track record of managing sophisticated corporate matters and providing practical, business-focused legal advice.
Strong client development skills and an existing book of business.
Admission to the Florida Bar or ability to obtain admission.
