The Item Support Analyst review and ensures the accuracy of item data being exported from a legacy system to a proprietary system. This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity and streamlining the item management processes.
Works with multiple stakeholders to ask clarifying questions regarding data
Ability to review data, comprehend and manipulate within excel to cause no friction for our stores
Strong excel skills - formulas
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks at a time
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with item setup or prior C-Store knowledge preferred
Jira/Agile environment knowledge is preferred but not needed
