Our client, a prestigious global law firm based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Diversity and Inclusion Coordinator to join their team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts by coordinating various initiatives and events focused on attorney retention and engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in DEI and recruiting, combined with strong administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate attorney events, including managing invitations, booking rooms, organizing catering, and preparing materials in collaboration with the Conference Center and Travel department.
Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for DEI-related events and initiatives
Collect and report data on demographics, engagement, and to help track DEI progress
Research and stay updated on DEI trends and best practices
Ensure timely registration for local and national lawyer affinity group conferences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Internship- two years of DEI and recruiting experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
