About the Job:
We are currently looking to hire an Operations Finance Director! This position is a key leadership position within the Finance Organization providing strategic finance support to the Supply Chain function (manufacturing, logistics and procurement).
The role can be hybrid or remote with a preference to be based in Broomfield, CO. Must be able to fly to the Salt Lake City, UT plant and stay overnight on a quarterly basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Reports directly to the CFO and partners closely with the leaders of supply chain and procurement.
Leads a team of managers and analysts to provide financial support to manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.
Manages the capital (CAPX) budget and provides decision support for CAPX investments.
Provides visibility to Cost of Goods Sold and proactively drives gross margin improvement.
Supports the design of the supply chain network to ensure the lowest end-to-end cost to serve model.
Prepares the annual COGS budget and periodic Financial Estimates while also preparing monthly financial reports and analysis.
Helps to drive productivity initiatives to offset inflation and drive overall COGS savings and margin expansion.
Manages inventory balances in conjunction with Inventory Control.
Other duties as assigned.
The base compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 commensurate with experience.
