About the Job:

We are currently looking to hire an Operations Finance Director! This position is a key leadership position within the Finance Organization providing strategic finance support to the Supply Chain function (manufacturing, logistics and procurement).

The role can be hybrid or remote with a preference to be based in Broomfield, CO. Must be able to fly to the Salt Lake City, UT plant and stay overnight on a quarterly basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Reports directly to the CFO and partners closely with the leaders of supply chain and procurement.
  • Leads a team of managers and analysts to provide financial support to manufacturing, procurement, and logistics.
  • Manages the capital (CAPX) budget and provides decision support for CAPX investments.
  • Provides visibility to Cost of Goods Sold and proactively drives gross margin improvement.
  • Supports the design of the supply chain network to ensure the lowest end-to-end cost to serve model.
  • Prepares the annual COGS budget and periodic Financial Estimates while also preparing monthly financial reports and analysis.
  • Helps to drive productivity initiatives to offset inflation and drive overall COGS savings and margin expansion.
  • Manages inventory balances in conjunction with Inventory Control.

Other duties as assigned.

The base compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 commensurate with experience.

About You:

Professional Experience/Education needed:
  • Bachelor level studies required (Advanced Studies Preferred)
  • 8+ years of CPG Finance experience preferred
  • Manages direct and indirect reports. Leads a team of up to 10.
