Job Description:
Responsibilities:
General-
1. Communication with customers and JEE team(with Chinese project manager).
2. Timing plan management
3. Cost management
4. MRE management
5. Project review and buyoff
6. Payment management
7. Risk management
8. Supplier development
Design Phase-
1. Clarify the customer's requirement
2. Communication with JEE team(Chinese manager) for process, resources and timing.
3. Lead the review meeting and report to customer.
4. Supplier development
5. Management for suppliers' process, resources and progress
Assembly phase-
1. Clarify the customer's requirement for assembly and function buyoff.
2. Communication with JEE team(Chinese manager) for resources and progress.
3. Quality control support with JEE team
4. Lead the buyoff meeting with customer
On-site phase-
1. Managing the progress with JEE team and suppliers.
2. Attending the regular progress meeting with customer.
3. Safety management with safety manager
4. Quality control management with quality engineer
5. Buyoff and get paid on each step
Requirement:
1. Over 5 years work experience in BIW or powertrain(battery, e-motor assembly prefered)
2. Over 3 years project management experience in USA
3. Successfully delivered projects over $15 million.
4. Skilled in management with supplier, project team( JEE China and USA) to achieve project schedule and budget.
5. Able to work with high pressure.
