Job Description:

Small boutique education law firm with two offices, is relocating its administration from the Tustin office to the Sacramento office and is seeking a firm administrator:

Full Charge Bookkeeping/Accounting experience through Financial Statements, including payroll, (computer/ ACH), handling quarterly and year end reporting and working with outside CPA as needed for CPA to complete Federal and State year-end returns, Yearly reporting Unsecured Property for two counties. Sage Software Experience helpful.

Person must have a min. of 5 years' experience as a law firm administrator.

Working with Managing Partner and handling of all insurances, Medical, Dental, Life, STD, General and Umbrella, Workers' Comp, Errors and Omission, Cyber Policy, and ERISA insurance policies firm leases, and contracts

Computerized Billing, Knowledge of TABS helpful, maintaining Firms retainer agreements for two offices.

Hiring support staff, supervising same. (Legal Secretary/Paralegal)

Administrative work with firm's 401(K) Profit Sharing Plan and working with outside TPA completing the 5500 annual IRS filing.

Working knowledge of Cloud Networking and working with outside support firm doing "refreshes" on the system.

FPPC Reporting helpful.
