Accountabilities:
Collaborate closely with business leaders to drive technical and scientific advancements, leveraging both internal and external resources.
Integrate business requirements into technical decision-making processes.
Engage in hands-on work across laboratory and manufacturing environments.
Analyze and assess processing design and data to support project objectives.
Effectively manage and prioritize multiple assignments and tasks concurrently.
Travel to various BEF plants/locations to support project needs.
Experience and Education:
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a Food Science related discipline.
Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with company peers and Post Holdings partners.
Strong interpersonal skills - Listening and informing others effectively; excellent negotiating and influencing skills at all levels both internal and external.
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction. Must be a self-motivated self-starter.
Must possess the ability to always maintain external and internal confidentiality.
