My client is seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate to join their expanding Antitrust Practice in the Washington, D.C. office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology and life sciences law firm known for its cutting-edge, internationally recognized practice.
My client provide legal services to technology and life sciences companies at all stages of growth, from innovative startups to established, publicly traded companies. The antitrust practice focuses on supporting clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and engaging with government agencies.
Qualifications:
Admission to the District of Columbia Bar. Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing antitrust and competition law including;
Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings
Deal counseling
Merger investigations before the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Department of Justice (DOJ), and state attorneys general offices
Additional experience with antitrust counseling and other agency-facing matters is highly desirable.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Excellent academic credentials and strong references are required.
The package is based at $225,000-$310,000 with excellent benefits.
