Job Description:

Our client is a 30-year-old privately held supplier of fiber cement architectural cladding products serving the US and Canada. This is a great opportunity to get in with a family-oriented company who prides themselves on promoting from within. Industry experience won't be necessary; this individual will be able to train up quickly and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound customer and vendor activity
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Manage sample distribution for prospects and clients
  • Send out sample requests
  • Organize and maintain sample inventory
  • Order samples when needed
  • Assist Sales Coordinators and the Lead Project Coordinator

Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of the supply chain process and familiarity with the suppliers and OEMs
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as outstanding written and communication skills
  • Must be detailed oriented, skilled at multitasking, and an excellent problem solver
  • Passion for team environments and building robust relationships across the organization
  • Self starter and a willingness to learn
