About the role:
We are looking for a professional and personable receptionist to become an integral part of our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming impression. We are seeking someone who can consistently maintain a professional demeanor, ensuring that all guests feel warmly welcomed from the moment they walk through our doors.
As the Receptionist, you will:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondence.
Ensure the front office and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Receive and distribute packages efficiently.
Perform various administrative tasks as assigned, such as filing, coordinating lunch orders, and other office support duties.
You Are Likely To Succeed If:
Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Have strong multitasking abilities and can prioritize tasks effectively.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Can comprehend and follow both written and verbal instructions.
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience and Education:
High school diploma or GED.
Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
