Overview: We're searching for an experienced Sr. Project Manager to focus on UX and Employee Experience projects in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You'll work closely with UX researchers and design teams, driving operational excellence, managing onboarding journeys, pulse surveys, and more. There's a strong emphasis on executive presence, as you'll regularly interact with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee UX/Employee Experience Design projects
Manage Experience Design (EI&D) projects and portfolio health
Collaborate with teams on key initiatives like onboarding and enterprise pulse surveys
Top Skills:
Experience in UX, research, or website development Project Management
Familiarity with tools like Airtable (plus), Jira, Wrike
Ability to standardize project management templates and best practices
