Location: Manchester, New Hampshire - Onsite

Responsibilities/ Duties:
  • Drive Your Own Book of Business: Take charge of a dynamic portfolio of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance, ensuring your clients receive top-notch service and support.
  • Be the Renewal Champion: Proactively track policy expirations and ensure timely processing of new and renewal insurance policies, guaranteeing your clients' peace of mind.
  • Facilitate Smooth Renewals: Work strategically to implement necessary actions that pave the way for seamless policy renewals, showcasing your proactive approach.
  • Support the Team: Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers in navigating new and renewal business workflows, including conducting in-depth client research and gathering essential underwriting information.
  • Analyze and Submit with Precision: Conduct thorough Loss Run Analysis and prepare accurate submissions, including Acord applications and supplemental forms, ensuring your clients get the best coverage options.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Foster client loyalty by cultivating strong relationships and delivering world-class service through professional communication and advocacy, while continuously enhancing your insurance knowledge and leadership skills.

Qualifications:
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial lines
  • Proficiency with AMS360
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a client-first approach
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, delegation, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong personal character with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset
