Analyst, you will partner cross-functionally to streamline IT processes and improve the quality of customer services.
What You Can Offer Us (Job Responsibilities) • Provide leadership in cross-functional and technical expertise across multiple business areas, including system and process
integration points. • Use advanced knowledge of developing new processes or systems and resolving complex data issues that have direct
impact on business sub-functions or objectives. • Lead and advise Business Analysts by sharing your system knowledge and reviewing their deliverables to ensure high quality data solutions. • Ensure alignment with strategic visions when configuring or customizing solutions to maintain flexibility and future
integration. • Lead new data product reviews, tests, and pilots. Evaluate new products and provide recommendations. • Ability to improve data quality by scrubbing raw data, analyzing data trends, and deriving patterns. • Ability to create integrations catalog and align with capabilities, scalability, and risk matrix • Create or assist with creating and executing cross-functional test scripts to ensure minimal post-production issues. • Facilitate the business and operational readiness for system deployments and process changes. • Other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications & Experience Education) • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field required. • Master's degree or equivalent work experience required. • A minimum of 9 years of professional business analysis, application design, implementation, and support experience, or at
least 9 years of experience as a super user, preferred. • Ability to support multiple projects, prioritization of tasks, conflict resolution, and decision making • Operational Applications:
o Experience with designing and documenting technical requirements and complex data flows;
o Advanced SQL knowledge for data analysis;
o Expertise with Oracle and SQL Server databases, and related tools such as SQL Developer;
o Experience in data integration between internal and external applications, including cloud solutions;
o Experience with MuleSoft/Anypoint Platform is preferred
o Experience working in a dimensional and relational data warehouse environment;
o Experience creating comprehensive documentation that covers source-to-target database mappings, logical and
system-based business rules, data persistence/snapshotting, and security requirements;
o Experience working in a transactional data integration platform environment including data lake or operational
data store architecture;
o Experience with system data migration from heterogenous database applications and technologies; • Experience in the telecommunications tower industry, operations, leasing, or real estate preferred. • Experience in working with external and/or overseas development and testing groups preferred • Approximately 10% travel may be required in support of the position's responsibilities. • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively. • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally. • Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective
prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
