Architect:
We are seeking an Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial and hospitality design. Candidates are required to be proficient in Microsoft Office, Revit, and AutoCAD. The ideal candidates must have strong communication, writing, and graphic skills as well as a good working knowledge of the entire architectural process from design to construction administration.
Tasks:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Work with other staff members to collaborate on the design and production of documents.
Contributes to completing architectural projects on time and meets client quality expectations.
Contributes to coordinating architectural drawings with drawings from other professional disciplines related to each project.
Preparation, review, and approval of submittals, correspondence, change orders, and shop drawings, and maintaining project files.
Performs field surveys and gathers pertinent information required to accomplish design and construction drawings.
Skills and Requirements: • Minimum of three (3) years of experience post-graduation. • Submission of a professional design portfolio of completed work samples. • Preferred experience in the following project types: Hospitality (Restaurants, Bars, Night Clubs, Casinos, and Hotels). • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam software required. • Good oral and written communication skills. • Works well in a team environment.
